Equal Thirds Folding Tips
  • Don't press creases until both top and bottom panel heights look visually identical.
  • Use the visual 'C-fold roll' trick to quickly eyeball 33% section boundaries.
  • For heavy cardstock (over 65 lb), lightly score fold lines with a stylus first.
Tri-Fold Mistakes
  • Creasing too early before checking top and bottom panel equality.
  • Making top panel longer than bottom panel causing envelope jams.
  • Applying uneven thumb pressure leading to diagonal crease lines.

Envelope & Paper Size Compatibility Matrix

Match your sheet dimensions to standard commercial envelopes to prevent postage delays and bulky mailings.
